I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, but I did notice some mice droppings, which was concerning. The staff were great at check-in and even discounted the rooms for us, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for our visit to the Grand Canyon, but I did miss having the use of a luggage trolley. The dining options were okay but a bit overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
